Do you ever wonder what on Earth you are doing?

I know I am not alone wondering what my purpose is.

Really, what am I doing?
What should I be doing?
Will I know if I am doing it?
Will I know if I'm not?

If you feel like you're not doing IT how and when do you figure it out?

Will it just come to you in a dream?
Land in your lap?
Do you get a phone call?
Maybe a notice in the mail? If so, I hope my notice shows up in a whimsical fashion with fantastic colors...

Run Through the Warehouse

This is the closest I will ever come to a game show...

My aunt was generous, as usual, to invite me to participate in a contest she won from her employer. We traveled to Milwaukee and had one minute to run through a warehouse collecting anything we could manage to get into our cart.

The event itself was so exciting. It was over so quickly. I must admit though, that it really did feel like longer than a minute, mainly because I don't think I can recall EVER moving so fast.
I got to meet her boss and several of her co-workers. They were all so very kind and fun, too.
We did venture to the most unique bar I have ever been to. Thanks to Dr. Buley for the suggestion, it was a hit. If you are ever in Milwaukee I suggest that you visit The Safehouse. HINT: spicy taco

FURminator

This thing is entertaining, too!

I wish my kittens were as fond of it as I am. It would be great if they would just sit still until I am finished. They can be so impatient.

In Search of 31 flavors

Is it just me or is Baskin Robbins now on the extinction list?

We went to dinner with friends and then made it a mission to locate the popular childhood ice cream shop. We found one in North Richland Hills. There were the old standbys and a few new flavors too. I tried the Heath Bar (too SWEET) and Greg had Chocolate Oreo Cookie, which he liked. I notice they still had Rainbow Sherbet and Pink Bubblegum, neither of which I cared for as a kid.

I still like my favorite best - Rocky Road!

First for me

I actually saw a Corvette with a trailer hitch in Savannah, GA. It was pulling a custom trailer that had a custom motorcyle on it. Strange...you would think someone with that kind of $$$ could afford a truck.
