I like it too, but ONLY if it's chicken-fried. I know, I know, we Texans want to fry everything! When Greg and I were very, very poor and that was the only meat I could afford to put on the table, I learned to dip Span in an egg wash, then flour and then fry it. It's much more tasty that way. LOL
